The replacement filter cartridge for Aqueon models comes in a large size of 6.5*5.5 inches. It is compatible with various Aqueon filters including QuietFlow LED PRO Power Filter Sizes 20, 30, 50, 75, QuietFlow Power Filter Sizes 20, 30, 50, 55/75, QuietFlow'E Internal Power Filter Size 40, QuietFlow Canister Filter Sizes 200, 300, 400 and Zilla size 40.

The kit also includes extra ammonia reducer filter pads, which efficiently remove excess harmful or toxic ammonia, waste, and bait residue. These pads are suitable for Aqueon QuietFlow LED PRO Aquarium Power Filters Model 20, 30, 50, 75.

The 5-stage filtration system features dense dual-sided mesh filter cartridges that provide better thickness for improved filtration. It also includes ultra-activated carbon and processed zeolite to effectively filter and absorb impurities in the water, maintaining a clean water source and healthy growth environment for fish.

Zeolite, in particular, has the efficacy to adsorb ammonia, heavy metals, and other harmful components in the water, as well as balance the PH value of the water body for a stable water state. It can also improve the fertilization efficiency of aquatic plants and promote the growth of nitrifying bacteria, creating a more comfortable and healthier environment for fish.

The installation process is quick and easy - simply flush the new cartridge under cool clean water or aquarium water to remove any dust, and then insert it into the filter chamber completely. It is recommended to replace the filters every 2-4 weeks to maintain water quality, depending on the number of fish in the tank.
