It is recommended to replace a clogged Bio-Bag filter cartridge when water flow out of the filter is reduced. For optimal results, it is best to change the filter cartridge on a monthly basis or sooner if necessary. The large size is suitable for use with Tetra Whisper 20, 30, 40, and 60 Power Filters, as well as 20i and 40i Internal Filters. For the Tetra Whisper PF10 Power Filter, 10i Internal Filter, and Reptofilter® 90 GPH, the medium size filter cartridge is the appropriate choice.
