Large Filter Cartridges for Aqueon, Unit Size: 6.5*5.5 inches, are compatible with various Aqueon aquarium filter models, including QuietFlow LED PRO Power Filter Sizes 20, 30, 50, 75, QuietFlow Power Filter Sizes 20, 30, 50, 55/75, QuietFlow'E Internal Power Filter Size 40, QuietFlow Canister Filter Sizes 200, 300, 400, and Zilla size 40.

In addition to the filter cartridges, the package also contains Ammonia Reducer Filter Pads for Aqueon, which efficiently remove excess harmful ammonia, waste, and bait residue. These filter pads are suitable for Aqueon QuietFlow LED PRO Aquarium Power Filters Model 20, 30, 50, and 75. Please note that they need to be cut to the appropriate length, and some dust may be produced on the surface during cutting.

The 5-stage filtration kit includes ammonia reducer filter pads and filter cartridges made of dense dual-sided mesh for better thickness and filtration. The cartridges also feature ultra-activated carbon and processed zeolite, effectively filtering and absorbing impurities in the water to maintain a clean water source and provide a healthy growth environment for fish.

The zeolite included in the kit has the efficacy to adsorb ammonia, heavy metals, and other harmful components in the water, as well as balancing the pH value of the water to achieve a stable state. It also improves the fertilization efficiency of aquatic plants, promoting faster and healthier growth of both aquatic plants and nitrifying bacteria.

Installation is quick and easy - simply flush the new cartridge under cool clean water or aquarium water to remove any dust, and then insert it into the filter chamber completely. It is recommended to replace the filters every 2-4 weeks to maintain water quality, although this may depend on the number of fish in the tank.
